Job Description:
The ISV Manager acts as a primary technical and business liaison to ISV partners, community and other organizations developing software solutions that enhances or extends the experience of using N-trig’s DuoSense hardware solution.
This would include identification and cultivation of potential partners, integration guidance and planning, best practices guides, white papers, etc.
• Serve as evangelist and technical reference for software innovation (both internally & externally).
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of software technology and new innovations deployed in various operating systems and platforms.
• Educate partners’ developers and architects on how to take maximum advantage of N-trig’s features for their customers.
• Provide N-trig’s customers information on partner solutions.
• Represent N-trig at partner trade shows, technical forums and events.
• Able to conduct first level support to partners’ developers.
• Conduct regular ISV partner briefings to update on the DuoSense technology regarding new initiatives as well as to obtain feedback and requirements for new enhancements.
• Responsible to provide technical requirements (MRDs) for the development teams according to the market needs and trends.
Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Computer Science is required; Masters degree a plus (in Computer Science, or Business)
• 6+ years experience in innovative software development.
• 2-4 years business and/or partner program experience in consumer software company (e.g. Adobe, Corel, Microsoft, etc…)
• The candidate should be comfortable with operating systems (with specific emphasis on Windows), troubleshooting and configuration of software packages and software development.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills including presentation experience to large and diverse audiences
• Initiator, self motivated, can work independently or as part of a team.
• Proven track record of working with cross-functional and global teams that include engineering, marketing and sales.
