Qualifications:
• Russian/Ukrainian speaking Israeli- a must
• Split work between Israel and the Ukraine, including frequent flights (50% resident in the Ukraine)
• Location in the Ukraine- the city of Vinnytsia
• At least 5 years experience operatively managing a development staff (broad systems management regarding general development aspects that include getting deeply into details and the ability to understand focused technology on a per project basis)
• A great deal of experience managing and monitoring development groups of tens of people, global experience, ability to deal with a multi-cultural environment
• An advantage to experience managing “offshore” workers (especial plus to those in the FSU)
• Ability to manage and work
